This was our third stay here and we like it. Great restaraunts in walking distance and right off the freeway. Our only criticism was that our room was missing the black out curtain so sun woke us up early but I think that was just a one off. Very good breakfast.

Make no mistake, this is not a 5 star hotel. But for the money it was a very good value. I was in town for two weeks. And after a few days, it felt like home. A place I was happy to go to after some very long days. In terms of the location, there a major freeway one side, and an active set of train tracks and an On-ramp on the other side. But from my hotel room, I barely noticed the noise. There was virtually none.

Initially, I would like to comment that I have been a Hyatt Place user in other cities in the United States. The state of cleanliness of this hotel has been deplorable in the room: stained pillows, pubic hair and hair in the bathroom, bathroom wall and door. Of course, all before being used. The most horrifying thing was detecting a very poor breakfast, included, in which I was able to observe with disgust how the cleanliness was quite poor (shelves with upside-down cups that were stuck together). The disgusting finishing touch was seeing that a very dirty cart that carried a bucket and cleaning bags was the same one that carried the clean glasses that the employee placed in the cold breakfast area. Really unhealthy and never to return. Inicialmente, comentar que he sido usuario de Hyatt Place en otras ciudades de Los Estados Unidos. El estado de limpieza de este hotel ha sido lamentable en la habitación: almohadas manchadas, vellos púbicos y cabellos por el baño, pared y puerta del baño. Por supuesto, todo antes de ser utilizado. Lo más horroroso fue detectar un desayuno, incluido, bastante pobre, en el que pude observar con disgusto como la limpieza era bastante pobre (estanterías con tazas bocabajo que estaban pegadas). El remate asqueroso fue comprobar que un carro sucísimo en el que iba un cubo y balletas de limpieza era el mismo que portaba los vasos limpios que la empleada colocaba en la zona fría del desayuno. Realmente insalubre y para no volver jamás.

The front counter clerk was very professional and caring. I would love to schedule a few more arrival nights. There were no disturbances to but my rest and relaxation as I’m a truck driver who at the time desperately needed some great sleep!

The walls between rooms were so thin that we could hear other guests in the other room, as they were listening to some international music and talking "all night long." We asked a staff to do something about the noise that the guests were making in the other room, and the staff simply went to their room briefly about the noise. Luckily they turned off the music, but they couldn't stop talking to each other literally all night until we finally woke up at 4, and we got out of the hotel by 5am. The worst stay of night in a hotel ever.
